Gudrun: We are a family of 5; 2 adults, 3 kids (9, 8, 5) arriving at Fez on May 1 eve and leaving afternoon May 9. A friend is joining us, from 6 May we are 6, 3 adults.
We go the Morocco for our annual holiday but also because we are into leather bags and shoes manufacturing. We like to see and visit tanneries and factories. We further like to enjoy a bit of the many things Morocco has to offer; the historical cites, souk, traditional arts and crafts, we enjoy music and nature.
Is it possible to do us an offer of program for the period of May 2 to May 8? As the kids are relatively small distance travel should be limited to 2 max 3 hours roughly a day. We like to see tradional lives and things you do not get to see on commercial travel trips. We do not like the crowds and touristic restaurants and hotels, but rather small places, social organizations that offer (eco)tourism, bed and breakfast, to get to know better the culture.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Eugen: Hi ,
my girlfriend and I will arrive with the overnight train from Marrakesh on the 2nd of January (I still have to check with the hotel when exactly the train gets us in).
We would like to book a city tour of Fez for the morning including lunch, then need a driver to Meknes (small tour there as well in the late afternoon) and then continue to Rabat where we would like to be dropped off late night.
I saw you speak English, so that would be great.
You can keep the tour schedule very tight as we are both young and experienced travelers and used to a full schedule.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
I would like to arrange a tour from my friend, and I of the cultural and historical points of interest in Marrakech. We can make our way into the city, so no hotel pick up/drop off is really necessary. We would like an introduction to the Djemaa el-Fna. We would also like to understand the location of some souks. We need not shop, however. I am from Arizona (a different desert) in the U.S. and Maria is German, but has wonderful English and French language skills. Please let me know if you could help us and what the cost would be for the expereince i have requested.
Jan: Hello - my 2 sons and 2 friends are completing 4 months of studying in Europe and will be making a short trip to Morocco Dec 16-18from Spain. Their time is unfortunately short and they hope to travel from Tangiers to Fez. I was wondering how expensive alternatives to bus and train travel might be. ARe there private drivers or taxi drivers who can make the trip one way or round trip? These kids don't have alot of $$ but with 4 of them, this might be a real option. Any information would be welcomed. Thanks,
